The worldwide patented production process of THERMOSILIT® produces a uniquely processed low-density mineral product of high thermal insulation qualities.

The THERMOSILIT® silicate production process uses crystalline silicate sands derived from volcanic stone sources and expands it, through a specialized heating process, into a lightweight material.

During the cool-down stage, the mineral is turned into a porous lightweight material that can easily be filled into bags, stored, and transported.

The production process is environment friendly. It only requires electric power; hence, the only emission from the production process is water vapour.

The patented THERMOSILIT® production process allows for uniform and consistent quality control.
